Yoga classes and Sound Baths in and around Warwick & Leamington Spa, designed to calm your nervous system & soothe your soul

My yoga classes and sound baths are designed for you to take time for yourself, to move your body with kindness, connect with your breath and intuition, and to reconnect with yourself. I teach weekly yoga across the surrounding villages of Warwick and Leamington Spa, and hold monthly sound baths.
Slow flow is a gently paced flow class, where we explore lying, seated and some foundational standing postures, moving at a slower pace to allow you to explore the movements more intentionally, with a focus on breathing and slowing down. This class is great for beginners, those wanting a more restful practice and to build body awareness.

A monthly evening of slow flow yoga followed by a relaxing sound bath to support you feeling calm, rested and restored. This is space for you to completely slow down, prioritise your well being and support your nervous system. We will explore restorative yoga postures to release tension, connect with the breath and ease into relaxation. We then journey into an immersive soundscape, using a variety of instruments including crystal healing bowls, Tibetan full moon bowls and the gong. The sounds are designed to support you to reach a state of deep relaxation and can support improved sleep and reduce stress levels. Please bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets and anything else you need to be comfortable. The yoga practice will be 35-45 minutes followed by the sound bath.

*Please note sound baths are not suitable for those with epilepsy, pace makers or serious heart conditions. Currently my classes are not suitable during pregnancy.
Sound baths are an immersive sound experience, using a variety of instruments including a gong, crystal singing bowls and other gentle sounds, to relax the mind and body, supporting you to feel rested and relaxed. You do not need to do anything during the experience, simply receive the healing energy of the sounds. Please bring a yoga mat or something similar to lie down on, blankets and pillows, and anything else you need to be comfortable. Sound baths are a chance for you to intentionally slow down, step away from the busyness of life and support your well-being. I will start with a short guided meditation to help ground you and arrive in the space, and then I will create the soundscape for you. At the end of the practice, there will be time for you to gently wake up, pick an oracle card, and allow the experience to integrate.
Please note that sound baths are not suitable during pregnancy, for those with epilepsy, pacemakers or serious heart conditions due to the vibrations produced from the bowls. To support everyone’s experience, the door will be locked at the start time. Please arrive 10 minutes before to find your space and get comfortable. Unfortunately refunds are not given for late arrivals if you are not able to join the session.
